1. To Learn a Jutsu you must RP it out in a training topic.
2. If your under the level of Jounin you must have a sensei teaching you the Jutsu. {If your a Jounin you must have the scroll}
3. You may only learn Jutsus with your element.
4. To Learn a Custom made jutsu you have made you must logically RP making. However your Custom Jutsu must first be approved to do this. After you have RPed it out send the link to an admin.
5. If your any Rank above Genin and you Apply as such you get to start with 4 rank appropriate jutsus [Not including Bloodline] And they are fairly weaker than they usually would be. You must RP Perfecting these jutsus. You do not have to write an essay for this.
