Bloodline/Clan Name: Gogyou no Hyousetsu[if used as surname, Hyousetsu is the proper surname of its members.]

Jutsus/Effects:
The Gogyou no Hyousetsu bloodline comprises of a set of techniques specializing in freezing its targets and destroying them through frostbite. Once a technique hits, the water used in it freezes and, either after a set of time, explodes and destroys the area previously frozen.

Hyousetsu no Souseiki[HnS] - A technique that draws water from the atmosphere. The amount of water drawn depends on the level of bloodline the user is currently residing at. This jutsu, however, does not create water, as people may assume, but draws it from residing water vapor in the air. If there aren't water vapor in the air, this technique is practically useless.

NOTE: Can not draw water from living beings.

Shimoyake[passive ability] [S]- All water techniques used by Hyousetsu, after a set of time after it hits something, freezes and the target incurs frostbite, regardless of the user's will. Therefore, the user must be careful in using water techniques not to hit anything they do not want to hit, lest they destroy the wrong target, be it a building or an ally.

Touketsu Hiryuu[TH] - Using available water, the Hyousetsu molds the water into the shape of an eastern dragon and launches it onto the target. Once hit, Shimoyake occurs and the target is injured badly. At lower levels, this can only target parts of the body, this can be an area effect, depending on how much chakra is used.

Himatsu[H] - The user, utilizing available water, splashes a wave of water onto the target. Shimoyake occurs, causing lesser damage than Touketsu Hiryuu but on a larger area.

Levels:
First level - Genin level
HnS - can only draw as much as 3 liters of water per use.
TH - Area of effect: Part of a body[example, hand, half of arm, small part of chest]
S - 1 inch deep on soft to normal materials[human skin and the like], can not affect hard materials[Hard stone, metals, turtle shells], 0.25 inch deep frostbite on sturdy materials[Wood, cover of book, reptile skin(excluding turtle shells)]
H - 0.5 inch deep on soft to normal materials[human skin and the like], can not affect hard materials[Hard stone, metals], can not affect sturdy materials[Wood, cover of book, reptile skin(excluding turtle shells)]

Second level - Chuunin level
HnS - can only draw as much as 6 liters of water per use
TH - Area of effect: part of body[example hand, whole arm, chest]
S - 2 inch deep on soft to normal materials[human skin and the like], 0.25 inch frostbite effect on hard materials[Hard stone, metals, turtle shells], 0.5 inch deep frostbite on sturdy materials[Wood, cover of book, reptile skin(excluding turtle shells)]
H - 1 inch deep on soft to normal materials[human skin and the like], can not affect hard materials[Hard stone, metals], 0.25 inch deep frostbite on sturdy materials[Wood, cover of book, reptile skin(excluding turtle shells)]

Third level - Jounin level
HnS - can draw as much as 15 liters of water per use
TH - Area of effect: Whole body[1 person at a time]
S - 5 inch deep on soft to normal materials[human skin and the like], 1 inch frostbite effect on affect hard materials[Hard stone, metals, turtle shells], 1.25 inch deep frostbite on sturdy materials[Wood, cover of book, reptile skin(excluding turtle shells)]
H - 2.5 inch deep on soft to normal materials[human skin and the like], 0.25 inch frostbite effect hard materials[Hard stone, metals], 0.75 inch deep frostbite on sturdy materials[Wood, cover of book, reptile skin(excluding turtle shells)]

Fourth level - epic level
Requirements to reach:
- 3 threads with at least 5 posts each where user uses Hyousetsu techniques
- A training thread where one displays one's mastery of Hyouetsu techniques[word count minimum: 1,000]

Clan History: This clan originally hailed the lands that, after village formation, came to be known as Water country. Their techniques, at first just focused on making the enemy frown but one member, a genius among them, suggested a modification on how they use their techniques. This was due to the impending danger that the great shinobi wars were to bring them. If they do not possess greater techniques than their enemies, they are goners. As such, coming from a time of need, the clan techniques were born. Time passed by and they began to spread out. In due time, members were soon scattered all over the world.
